Beyond the Politics: The Benefits of Moving in a Livable Region

Second in a series of two public dialogues on transportation and launch of Moving in a Livable Region, a new initiative of the SFU Centre for Dialogue that seeks to engage and educate Metro Vancouver citizens and stakeholders on transportation issues. Join special guest moderator: Stephen Dooley, Executive Director of the SFU Surrey campus and panelists Anita Huberman, CEO of the Surrey Board of Trade; Shauna Sylvester, Fellow at the Simon Fraser University Centre for Dialogue, Executive Director of Carbon Talks and SFU Public Square and representatives from the City of Surrey to discuss transportation, the economy, and what is needed to ensure high livability in the region.
