VPSN Annual Planning Meeting – January 27, 2007
The next VPSN meeting will take place on
Saturday, January 27 between 1:00pm and 5:00pm
and will comprise our annual planning and organization meeting. If you are interested in actively participating in the VPSN’s activities over the next year, then this is the meeting for you.
The purpose of the planning meeting will be three-fold: to try and identify and prioritize the various projects and activities that we want to engage in for the upcoming year, to try and define how we can best collaborate on realizing these projects, and to ensure that there’s at least a preliminary (and expanded) organizational structure in place to make sure that things get coordinated in an efficient fashion.
Participants should come prepared to commit to working on at least one public space project with the Network. (We welcome all ideas, of course, but we also need to ensure follow-through on the projects we collectively set for ourselves).
If you are interested in participating, please register for the meeting by emailing info [at] vancouverpublicspace.ca. A workbook package outlining the agenda and activities for the meeting will be circulated to folks that RSVP about a week prior to the gathering.
The location details are also being worked out and will be posted shortly. Pizza and snacks will be on order.
