MapJam!

Join Share Vancouver on Thursday, October 16th, for Vancouver’s second annual MapJam!

Following up from thier MapJam in April, they’re at it again, mapping all the shared assets and sharing initiatives that exist in the city – from book libraries and tool libraries to carshares and hackspaces. Check out last year’s map here and come prepared with new initiatives to plot!

In addition to the interactive mapping activity, the MapJam will also include speakers and representatives from sharing organizations and partners around the city, offering a unique opportunity to gain a deeper perspective on the local collaborative economy.

By the end of the evening, you will not only better understand why global leaders in the space are calling Vancouver a leader in this new frontier, but also know many ways you can take part in the movement.
