“In March 2019, the City of Vancouver launched multi-phase planning process to create a comprehensive Broadway Plan to integrate opportunities for new housing, jobs and amenities around the new Broadway Subway. The plan will guide future growth, change and public benefits within the Broadway Plan study area.

Refined Directions

This phase of engagement focuses on the Broadway Plan’s Refined Directions. During this upcoming phase, you’ll get to review various 3D elements of the plan and area-wide policies. The various topics that will be covered will include land use, built form, a draft public realm framework, housing and job estimates, housing, transportation, public benefits arts and culture, and community well-being.

Join us for our virtual Public Life Workshop

Help shape the future public life in Kitsilano, Fairview and Mount Pleasant by being part of the Broadway Plan Public Life Workshop on November 24, where you can learn about the draft public realm framework, and transportation policies. Feedback from this session will be used to shape the Draft Plan which we will be bringing out in 2022.
