A Jane’s Walk to imagine a pedestrianized Water St.

An invitation from Downtown for the People:

“Downtown For The People is an organization with a vision to organize and push for changes to the Vancouver Downtown core that centre people first and to make safer, better, more productive streets. We acknowledge that this change is ambitious but can be done incrementally, and we have identified Water St. in Gastown as one of the streets with the most immediate potential for pedestrianization in the near future.

In order to view the space in context and observe the design and possibilities of the spaces in question, Downtown For The People is organizing a Jane’s Walk:
