Many of us flock to market districts when we’re traveling. We scan the random wares for sale, enjoy the bustling aisles between tents, tables and blankets, the hawking of vendors, and the variety of exchanges taking place. So why is Vancouver’s street vending not celebrated the way that other cities’ street markets are, and how can we change that?
