City Debate #1: Open All Neighbourhoods to Densification
Vancouver is globally famous for its densified downtown, a lively, walkable mix of homes and workplaces. Most of the city remains low-rise and residential, however. Should densification efforts focus on those neighbourhoods? Why or Why not?
